Worst altcoin month so far
April 2019 is behind us and like every month we analyze how the crypto market performed. We always use our own simulation software to do so. In the simulation we bought 129 coins on Binance on April 1st, and sold them all on May 1st. Although March was very good for altcoins, in April Bitcoin completely took over. Bitcoin outperformed all altcoins which is incredibly rare!
Overall 93% of all altcoins went down in April (average performance was -30.3%!). Best performers were $BTC, $BCHABC, $DGD, $BAT, and $NANO. Biggest losers were $PIVX, $ENG, $DLT, $AMB, and $FUEL. BTC dominance went up from 50% to 56%! Can Bitcoin break 6000 in May?
