This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which 100eyes collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the services “100eyes Crypto Scanner”, the “100eyes Forex Scanner” (Later referred to as “Services”), and the website https://www.100-eyes.com.
Under chapter 3 of the GDPR all data consumers have seven rights. Each of these rights is explained in detail in the sections below. All requests will be handled within thirty days. When the request is complicated, 100eyes is allowed to extend this period. In the case the period is extended, you will be notified about this in advance.

Each user will be able to know what data of theirs is being collected, how it’s being used, how long it will be kept and whether it will be shared with any third parties.

What data is collected

The following types of information are gathered upon the application of account subscription on Telegram for either of the “100eyes Crypto Scanner”, the “100eyes Forex Scanner” services:
- Telegram user id
- Telegram username
- Telegram first name and last name

Moreover, when using the website additional information can be gathered such as:
- Ip-address
- Browser type (user agent)
- The several pages visited on the site

Finally, data is collected through the use of analytics cookies from third parties, such as Google Analytics.

How the data is used

The telegram-based information mentioned above is the minimum required information needed for the Services to work. It is necessary to uniquely tie a membership to an individual. Also, the Telegram user id is used to create a unique 4-digit pincode for membership logins. The Telegram username will be used to tag a user in the chat whenever they instruct the bot to do so by using the web portal. The first and last name as provided through Telegram will be stored for security purposes, whenever a user will lose their account and need to confirm their identity.

We collect the above web-based information to understand our users better and continuously improve our service. The browser type is used to quickly spot bugs or errors on our website for specific browsers. The ip-address is used to determine whether any abuse has happened on your account. Lastly, knowing what pages have been visited will allow us to understand the popularity of the different alerts and are used as indication which pages need improvement

How long will the data be kept

All of the aforementioned information will be retained at least for as long as necessary to provide users with the Services users requested. After data is no longer necessary to provide users with their Services requested, their personal data will be kept for a maximum of two years in order to speed up potential (re-)subscriptions. After two years, all personally identifiable information will be anonymized.

All financial and accountancy information, such as related to invoices and payments are kept for seven years as demanded by the Dutch Tax Authority.

Whether it will be shared with third parties

None of the aforementioned information about the user is public, nor will it ever be shared publicly. 100eyes will not actively share personal data with any third-party companies, with the only two exceptions being: Google (Google Analytics) and our web hosting provider out of necessity to provide a good service. Furthermore, none of the data will be sent outside the EU.

Right of access

Each user has the right to access his/her personal data and private information that are collected by the 100eyes systems. If you wish to access your data, we will send you a copy of all information that is held on you.

Right of rectification

Each user has the right to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Some inaccurate data or out-of-date information, such as a change of the Telegram username, may also be corrected or updated automatically.

Right to be forgotten

Each user can ask us to erase any personal data that’s stored on them.

It might be possible that there are certain legal obligations to keep certain personal data, such as for tax reasons. If this is the case, you will be clearly informed about this and wherever possible your data will be removed.

When the request is made to be forgotten, all outstanding active memberships will be cancelled. This request will not be reversible, once the data is erased it can no longer be restored.

Each user can request that 100eyes will transfer any data that it holds on them to another company.

Each user can request that 100eyes limits the way it uses their personal data.

Right to object

Each user has the right to challenge processing of their personal data. Please include the reason for the objection of processing in the email to our data protection team. The reason will need to be checked on its validity before this right is exercised.

An exception to the need for a valid reason is direct marketing. Each user is always able to restrict 100eyes in targeting the user with direct marketing without providing a valid reason.

All information gathered from our clients in the process of account subscription, access, and operation are in a secure portion of the 100eyes website. We constantly reinforce our technologies for the prevention, defense, and control of external attacks into our network. Our technology is securely guarded by virtual structures such as firewalls, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), CSRF tokens, and digital certificates to keep all transactions and information verifiable, secure, unadulterated, and authenticated.

100eyes has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
